Canadian looking for canyoneering partner(s) May 16th - 23rd anywhere near Escalante

Hello,

I'll be driving down to Escalante from Edmonton in a couple of weeks to do some hiking, but I would LOVE to get in some technical canyoneering if I can find someone or a group to go with. I'd be willing to meet just about anywhere, but the closer to Escalante the better (as that's ultimately where I will be hiking).

My experience is mainly in rock climbing, mountaineering and caving, but I have done half a dozen technical slots in Zion and Capitol Reef as well as many non technical slots in Paria, Goblin, The Maze etc. I'll have all of my own equipment except static ropes.

If you're going to be doing anything during the week of May 16th through 23rd (I have to start driving back the night of the 23rd) and wouldn't mind a other body in your party OR if you are interested in planning something for that week send me an email: jeremiahaherne at hotmail dot com

It wouls be great to meet some new people and get into some new technical canyons; hope we can arrange something.
