Georgetown is a big, tough team. It'll be a very difficult game for the Utes. As far as teams the Utes have played this season, I'd rank Georgetown just a shade under the Kansas and Wichita State teams they played.

In other words, this is a winnable game, but it's gonna require a mammoth effort.

I agree. I think Duke is the softest, most overrated one seed in the tourney.

I think the Utes' schedule is much tougher than Duke's. Duke got in at number one because of their history and their good looks, not necessarily their performance. The fact that Utah wrecked a very large, very tough Georgetown team makes the Utes look like a very scary team. I'd be concerned right now if I were a Blue Devil.

It also appears the PAC 12 as a whole might have been underrated. I'm really cheering for Oregon tomorrow as I'd love to see the PAC 12 take 4 of the 16 slots.

How is it that coach K can have a couple of great years and contracts are negotiated in terms of almost a decade.

But when coach Whit has a couple of great years contracts for himself and his assistants are negotiated in terms of 1 - 2 years?

It just doesn't seem like the rewards are consistent amongst the different athletic departments.

“To me, it's not a question, and I have shared this with Jakob, as to whether or not if he is going to be presented with becoming an NBA player and having an opportunity to be in that league,” the coach said. “But I think it’s really important that you are ready for it when you get there. That's good news. I think he's not quite prepared to play in the big leagues yet. Another year of practice and experience will do wonders for him. I think if he entered the NBA at this point, the big guys would eat his lunch.
