Let me ask a question from all of you what do you think which sport is best and most effective for body fitness..??
As far as my view football, running and swimming are best

Do you mean what do we participate in that is effective for fitness? Or just as a whole, any sport, highest fitness level?
Football is tough, as it is kinda tough to play recreationally as an adult.
I'm not sure what is the most effective, but I know that I play hockey for fun and get the added bonus of fitness. :60 of busting your tail on the ice, is a burner....better get some rest, because you're up in :60-1:20....

wresting and swimming
I would say running, but it's terrible on the knees and ankles. (I've ran 3 marathons and countless 1/2 marathons and 10Ks over the years, and I can attest to the abuse that running inflicts on the joints).
Football is pretty tough on joints too as well as your cranium -- just ask Travis Wilson.

I wouldn't rank football as particularly physically demanding as you only go full speed for 5 or 6 seconds and than get a 30 second break.
Depending on which professional studies you read boxing, motocross and ice hockey are usually near the top of the list. Football is usually pretty far down the list for the reasons I list above
YMMV

Boxing for sure. But turning left for a few dismal hours? No way in hell.

Wrestling, swimming, and running.
In my high school sports days, among my friends, the guys who were the fittest and toughest did one or more of the above.
The best shape I've ever been in were the days I was doing gymnastics/trampoline.
