I'm pretty sure Mr. Lemon means a semi-automatic like the majority of AR-15s are. I don't think most stores even have fully automatic ARs just sitting around in stock because they so rarely sell them. I watched CNN for about 5 minutes yesterday and was sickened by their overly biased reporting that I had to switch to some comedy central to cool off.
