Free Music for videos?

Are there any sites out there that have free music to download that you can use for your videos that won't be blocked by youtube? Even cheap downloads?

I've gone through the free ones in the go pro editing software and the free ones from youtube, and there isn't much usable from either.

Anytime I try to add in a main stream song, it is either blocked or makes it unavailable on mobile.

I've had good luck lately at www.soundcloud.com. Depending on the uploader or artist, the music can still be copyrighted. But the remixes are less likely to be snagged by the copyright police at YouTube.
