Good lookin' campsite and dog too.

Did you see the other lakes in the same area while you were there? IE - Fire Lake, Ramona, Big Elk Lake, etc.? I've rarely seen other people when I've been to Island Lake. It is a great place indeed.

I can't comment on this trip, but I was just there on Thursday and Friday. LOTS of mosquitoes!

There where lot of mosquitoes. Bring the DEET! We visited Long Lake and Duck Lake. All where beautiful. .
