Corner Canyon Gate status

I'm thinking of hitting Lone Peak soon. I want to start very early (3 AM). Are the Corner Canyon Gates open to the Ghost Falls trailhead 24 hours? The Draper City website reports that they are, but I've seen other reports that say that they open at 6 AM. Does anyone know for sure?
