Hey All,
I have a trip coming up on Thursday of this week (7-10-2014) and have a couple questions if someone could help me.
We are planning on camping at least one night at upper chain lake (possibly two) and then one night at Atwood Lake.
I thought I heard that the 4th chain lake doesn't have much for fish in it but I thought I would ask just so we don't waste too much time. Also, I hear there is a very nice cold spring around the upper chain as well... is that correct?
Also, are brookies the dominant fish in all of the lakes on that path? I read that oke dokee has some nice cutthroats. Other than the Goldens that may or may not still exist are there any other crazy fish that I need to aim for?
any info would be awesome since I have never been on that trail before (none of our group has).
Thanks in advance
