I'll be hanging out relaxing hopefully and will prolly eat some BBQ. I'm hoping to get out on my mountain bike for a few rides.

Up at 5:00 a.m. to set up water stations at the Freedom Run 10K/5K in Provo followed by manning the stations and hydrating about 5,000 runners, watch the parade, watch my daughter kick some tail in the Freedom Festival 3v3 soccer tournament, Pre-party at Stadium of Fire, Stadium of Fire, Post-Party for Stadium of fire, collapse from all the freedoms celebrated after Midnight.

I plan to tube the Provo River.... visit Wyoming Downs to bet on the ponies.... and in between that mayhem I plan to drink a lot of beer and make love to my hot young stripper wife after a night on the town... if I have any down time I'll probably blow some shit up with fireworks, ride my mountain bike, and drive my Corvette.... in other words pretty much a normal weekend with an extra day added in....

Kaysville 5K run, followed by its Breakfast. Then of course, the parade and water section (I hear it's one of like 5 parades in the US that has a water-fight after the parade goes by - I found this vid (http://youtu.be/3MmHAkaWKxg), not mine, but gives you a taste of what its like. It's sure fun with nieces and nephews. haha). Then afternoon nap, family BBQ, volleyball and croquet, followed by a annual tradition or Leatherbys icecream, then city fireworks.
Let freedom ring baby!
