PRIME TIME FOR CANYONS IN THE SIERRAS?
On Memorial Day I did Jump Canyon and Big Creek! These canyons are usually too high before August, but this year in May they were already lower than normal.
Now I'm planning to go do more sierra canyons (Opho, Crysalis, etc.) for 4th of July weekend. Has anyone information on conditions? If you do, can you please share it?
Canyon conditions can be posted easily on www.ropewiki.com (http://www.ropewiki.com/), it has info on 980 canyons but (unlike other conditions websites) you can add new ones anytime .
Beta and conditions on Big Creek and Jump are available right now:

http://ropewiki.com/index.php/Jump_Trip_(Lower)
http://ropewiki.com/index.php/Jump_Trip_(Upper)]
Go do them before they run out of water! :-P
