Has anyone explored up Entrajo past the typical guide drop in point? I have hiked up canyon from the typical drop in point for about 1/4 mile and the canyon looked pretty descent, I was stopped by a small dryfall and night fast approaching. I was just wondering if anyone else has explored further up canyon or if someone knows a good drop in point further upstream. Thanks for any help.

My group toyed with that idea this last weekend in fact. But bailed due to the rain and nobody wanted to get cold. Go figure. Lol.

From google earth it looks like the best approach or rather easiest shuttle route would be to take the La Sal road until entrajo reaches it and park there and head downhill. No uphill hiking at all.

Looks like it could make the canyon a bit more interesting.

It would have to add quite a bit of bang for the shuttle headache. Seems like if you stay high on the normal approach should have no trouble going farther up stream.

Has anyone dropped into Millcreek from off the sand flats road?
