Canyoning Bali or Java?

Does anyone have canyon contacts in Indonesia? Specifically Bali or Java?? I've been canyoneering my way across SE Asia and am hoping to run some routes in Indonesia next month. Any information or local contacts would be greatly appreciated! I'd gladly share beta in return.

I don't have any contacts, but I have been to one slot canyon in Java (without a guide). It was at the Hutan Waita Carita (Forest Reserve) in the mountains east of Carita on Java. There were monkeys around the slot canyon, a nice waterfall, and a swim through slot canyon. I described the experience briefly in the trip report below (see December 27):

There seems to be some good canyoning potential in that area. Whether or not anyone's every done it or guides it, I don't know.

There was also a really good canyon on Sumatra, but I take it you're not visiting there?
