Well my wife's nag-I mean gentle suggestions filled with love and kindness finally paid off.
I tore out our old wooden deck and built a Trex deck about 4X bigger, topped it off with a fire pit. Now spring has sprung, and I'm loving the Wisteria in bloom.

You did a fantastic job!
Is that a gas or a wood fire pit?

Nice! That Trex is good stuff, last you forever and low maintenance.

Very nice! Are you looking for another project? I need to do the same thing. Mine is about 5 feet off the ground though and I have grand illusions or delusions of making it the whole length of the back of my house. I keep finding new motorcycles to buy though... :lol8:

Thanks. It's currently propane but I've stubbed out a natural gas line I've been using with my BBQ grill, I may pipe it over there.
The problem with Natural Gas is it doesn't burn as hot as propane, so you have to drill out the orifices a little so more flow comes through. Not sure if I'm going to try that or not because I could just ruin the whole thing.
The nice thing with NG though is you never need to refill it.
