Tapatalk Broken?

Is anybody else having issues on iPhone or is it just me?

Seems to be working here. Although I'm not using wifi, I'm on LTE (gotta use that unlimited data somehow).

What are you seeing?

I know Bootboy has issues with it uploading pics in high-resolution however.

You could try the usual culprit - log out and back in.

As it is affecting both apps I'll bet it's a credential issue, especially when other users aren't seeing it.

Oh well. I guess I'm out. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Logging out and in. No dice.

There was a big update i installed today, it didn't run as smoothly as I'd hoped but for the time being, I'm able to post from multiple OS devices

By the way, i hope it's good for our other tapatalk users because there are 2,139 peeps that access bogley via tapatalk

Over the next couple of days I'll probably be doing a complete uninstall of Tapatalk and a reinstall as fast as possible, so you might see some outages for hopefully a couple of minutes max.

One of the features with this latest update is supposed to support the "Like this Post" function, which I have no idea what it looks like or how it works but I guess we'll see. Plus some other bug/security fixes.

I downloaded tapatalk on my wife's iphone. Skipped the tapatalk login. Then searched for bogley and tried to load a thread without signing into bogley. I get the exact same behavior on her phone. Threads won't load and I get the first error screen that I posted. Same thing on my iPad.

I saw these errors but was somehow able to get past them on both iPad and Android. Maybe it's more difficult from iOS?

Sorry, these Tapatalk guys are really slow on their support responses. I've completely wiped Tapatalk from our directory and installed a fresh brand new copy with the latest update. Would you guys mind trying again, especially the iPhone and iPad users? I'm getting in just fine with my Android so I can't quite confirm if it's totally up and running for you yet.

Tapatalk doesn't work on my iOS 7.7.1 device and Android 4.4.2. But it works perfectly on Android 4.2.2.

Guess I spoke too soon. I am now seeing the exact same errors the acca was showing.

Deleted the app and tried again - no fix.

I updated the iOS software to 7.1.1 and still same thing.

Dang, back to the mobile version for the time being.

Tried a private message but although I could compose it it wouldn't send - no error just sat there. I can see old participated thread titles but when I click on them just says 'loading'. This is on an iPhone.

On iPad I still get system messages and cannot see forum at all. This is after a reboot of iPad.

OK I'm reading that the problem may be the "Like this post" modification. I am going to disable this for a bit to see if it works - starting.......NOW.

I get this same message but I'm running android 4.4.2. It pops up but will then go away and I can see and review the threads. Started doing that a few days ago.

This message is all I see when I try to log-in to Bogley. If I access Canyon Collective using Tapatalk - it works fine.

I use a Tapatalk ID (which allows for multiple forum access but just using one ID), logged out of that and back in - same message.

I logged out of Tapatalk and only logged-in using my Bogley credentials - same message.

Deleted the Tapatalk app, re-installed - same message.

Something still looks weird on the admin end of things, so keep in touch if it goes blank again.

At the moment, the "Like this post" is still disabled, so I'll try to get that back soon without breaking Tapatalk. Funny enough, Tapatalk's update was supposed to support the Like function, that was the whole reason for updating. But it brokenz
