They got some great talent on the team, they just need a new coach in my opinion.

The Jazz aren't going anywhere. Even as a TERRIBLE team this year, their attendance is 13th in the league(out of 30 teams). Though this has been a tough year for the Jazz, as ahansen60 said, they have some great talent(young). They have a crapload of cap space('bout 31M to spend this Summer) after this year and two 1st round draft picks in what is considered one of the better drafts in the past 20 years.

If the Jazz get some luck with the lottery and make a few solid signings, they will be back in the playoffs next year. If the young talent develops, in 3-4 years, could be a Western Conference contender.
