Seriously though...I think the pilot attacked the co-pilot and ended up being severely injured himself. His grand plan of flying the plane into a government building now foiled, and probably dying, he auto piloted the plane out into the middle of nowhere.

If he were suicidal, I can't believe he'd wait another 6 or 7 hours to do himself in.

He couldn't blame the attack on the co-pilot because the cockpit voice recorder would rat him out.

Eventually, they'll retrieve the black boxes and I think it will reveal this. A fight, then 6 hours of silence or perhaps voices of people banging on the door.

Well, the cockpit voice recorder only stores two hours of recording and is rolled over. So, highly doubtful that any information will be on that.

Sounds like they've either found it or they're naming a location so they can just stop looking for it.

Now for the theories. What do you think? Hijacking gone wrong?

I'm sure the crash site is spot on.... I mean it's not like the Malaysian government hasn't created a giant turd sandwich already with their extremely accurate reporting.

I also noticed the Malaysian government texted the families? That's some serious compassion there. What did the text say? Something like:

Dear recipient your friend/family member is dead. Our thoughts are with you at this time of grief.

Sincerely
Malaysia Gov.

Here what I want to know: why is it that we have high speed internet now on planes - you can face time your kids from 35,000 feet half way around the world! - but we can't do real time transmission of flight data? We have the technology to make the black box pretty much obsolete, so why don't we use it instead of wasting it on people who have nothing good to say on their stupid Facebook page?

an NSA supervisor must have been on the flight and put the "no spying" coupon code into the black box.

I believe the USA has had a good idea where the plane was all along. If you had been listening to them they have always said to search the southern route. I just don't think the USA want's everyone to know just how good our spy technology really is. Also if you had been paying attention the US began moving resources to the area a week ago "just in case". But you don't spend millions to move resources unless you are pretty damn sure.

Yeah I actually do believe the USA knows EXACTLY what happened but they don't want to tip their hand to the world community at how intrusive their intelligence gathering methods really are.

And in other news.... We've got 175 missing Americans in Washington State, but CNN can't let go of the plane ratings.

If that planes lands in China today it will be an epic April 1st joke.

Now at almost 10,000 posts and 16 million views.

The huge number of views I can understand (the international press trying to glean information). But how anyone can be bothered to post what must already have been posted, the mind boggles.
