Azores islands Canyons in Portugal!

Hi guys!

First timer here.

Is anyone up to visiting the Azores islands in Portugal for Canyoning?

I've searched a little about it, found the islands canyons to look just beautiful!

There is a company called Azores Adventure Islands (http://www.azoresadventureislands.com) that seems to be offering a good service there according to tripadvisor.

Any sharing of travel experience on the islands would be great also.

During Mallorca International Rendezvous they announced a RIC (International Canyoning Rendezvous) in Azores in Fall 2014. If you are experienced, I would go with that rather than a commercial company. They will provide info and logistics and buddies to do all the best canyons and will cost very little (airfare to get there will be biggest cost)
