I completely agree with congressman Cohen -- to put Marijuana in the same classification as heroin and meth is a ludicrous crime committed by the Federal Gov't.

Is this a pride issue with the Federal Gov't to not renege on marijuana policy? Do they not want to amend marijuana policy because that would mean they've been wrong for decades?
