Which fork of baker is better?

I know that many people differ on what they consider makes a great canyon, but I've never been to this area and thought I'd take a poll. I'm planning my first trip to the Escalante area and baker is one of the canyons that is on my list. After reading some beta on both forks, the east fork sounded more interesting to me. Also whats the water situation like if we camp down there? Is filterable water plentiful there, scarce, somewhere in between?

FWIW- the east fork is a more serious undertaking than the west. If doing the east bring your A-game.
