The Arizona Daily Sun - front page - covers the fire controversy in Illusions Canyon. Arizona canyoneer Todd Martin is interviewed in the article. Joe and Sara DeSalme, the Arizona explorers who discovered Illusions, have their photos in the article.
The article also interviews Sgt. Aaron Dick, SAR Coordinator for the Coconino County Sheriff's Search and Rescue team. The Coalition of American Canyoneers did a successful fund raiser for the Coconino County SAR team last Fall.
