KTM certainly looks ready with a completely new bike. You can tell they really miss Kurt Caselli.

The fifth stage of the 2014 #Dakar Rally didn't go so well for Team Honda HRC's Paulo Goncalves... Heartbreaking... #transmoto

Man that's sucks.
I'm not saying I like or dislike Hondas but that just plain sucks.
Seems like they had the lead just yesterday.

Cyril Despres is on a Yamaha. He took 4th this year, but has won 5 times. It has been Despres or Coma the last 9 years.

Nice to see soe new blood in the running - Yamaha, Honda, and even Sherco are doing better than in past years.
Borreda was fantastic this year. Very fast and had good stamina. A few route issues, and too many small crashes did him in. Look for him to be a leader as Coma and Despres hand the torch off to the next generation (a couple years out still!).
