I was watching that with my son and 10 or so of his friends. When this happened the room erupted. It looks like it was on purpose to me. Alessi isn't looking ahead where he should be going. He's looking right at Tickle. Then it appears he dumps the clutch and slams him. More thoughts on this please.

Definitely on purpose. Look how he cuts the corner to nail his rear tire perfectly. At first it looks like he is looking to slide into the inside rut and then slam it around as he accelerates but then he looks off the turn.

He is looking down though and after watching it in slo mo you could argue that he was going to slam that outside rut right behind Tickle. However, Alessi is a spoiled brat and after watching him and his dad on that show it wouldn't surprise if they pulled a dick move.

He also needs to back off on the estrogen injections. When Jenny was interviewing him about this incident it looked like he was about to cry

They actually raced against each other last year on the 450's I believe. Malcolm was doing well for a few laps and then dropped off a bit if I recall...

I remember that. I think Malcolm is a better rider now, although his finishes this year don't show it.
