We are going to the Robbers Roost area this Thanksgiving week. We are a bit concerned on the cold weather. We are planning on doing north fork of robbers roost (short way out), east fork of white roost, and maybe three canyon. Is it too cold for these canyons. Plus we heard that white fork has a pool at the last rappel. Will that be dangerous if it freezes over?
Thanks,
B

Hey thanks for the quick info. We knew that it rained and that it de cold but didn't know it'd be that bad. We still decided to go to Utah though but I guess no robbers roost this thanksgiving. Since we are here in st. George we will probably do Yankee Doodle.
Ps. Anybody know any good technical canyons that I dry right now. Around the st george area and preferably not in zion.
Much thanks.
