Our ski area in Colorado (Steamboat) opens the day before Thanksgiving. We've had an unusual amt of snow fall during October followed by a couple feet this past week. Everybody and their brother has been skinning up the ski hill and hammering the fresh.
I finally got into the swing of things, driving up to Rabbit Ears Pass and hitting Walton Peak and another section south of Dumont Lake. Pretty sweet conditions for the first week of November.:2thumbs:
