View Full Version : Moose Sparring in the Fresh Snow

I was out early this morning hoping to get some landscape shots on the Inner Park Loop road before it closes, but it was cloudy and the mountains were not visible at all. I found 16 moose today, about 40 pronghorns in one group, and a hundred or so bison.
These two bulls were sparring for quite a while this morning and I took a lot of shots. This one was interesting because of the watchful eye between the antlers.

I found Washakie today, too. He seemed to be doing better, but still limping.
