Hwy 95 closed

Sunday night we were on our way home and Udot was closing Hwy 95 at the T in the road to Bullfrog. The road is washed out about 2 miles up from Hog springs. If I understand they might be allowing one lane of traffic as of today. I will upload pictures if I can.

Dang, we saw a bulldozer grooming the streambed at that very spot in June. Must not have been enough for the crazy rains of the past two weeks.

Darn it! I wish I lived closer, as I would take a couple days off just to explore the mayhem! Too bad this didn't happen in April, as the desert would have lit up big time...just like it did back in '97 ('98?). That was incredible.
