I can understand their argument (but don't agree with it) if they say not to kill animals at all, but they say to get your food at the grocery store. That meat on the store shelf has to be killed first too. No different than doing it yourself hunting.

Actually to expound on the grocery store sale, if you gave me a choice to be an animal raised for slaughter in a meat factory or be an animal in the wild who get to enjoy nature everyday with a chance that some hunter may or may not shoot and kill me someday, I'll take the second option every time.
