It has a collar and tags so you should find the owner and return it.

So, does Utah have multiple types of tarantulas? I would have said no but this site lists two G Species but gives a common name for only one. ?

I saw one of those on the Kolob reservoir road once. had to be 8 inches from leg tip to leg tip.

It is black widow season for my basement. i should spray the footings of my house soon to minimize the influx.

Be sure to cook it thoroughly before eating. Otherwise the hairs will get stuck in your throat, very uncomfortable.
