I received an email this morning that the road into Zero Gravity and Eardley is washed out about 1/2 mile from highway 24, which creates a 2 mile hike to reach the trailhead.

Also told that everything in the Swell/Roost/North Wash area was hit really hard by the recent storms and everything is full of water.

That's all I know and this is all second hand so take it for what it's worth, but sounds like you had better go prepared for water.

Thanks for this, Ice. I was thinking of heading down that way tomorrow...

Well if you do, please come back in and tell us what it was like...as I may be in the North Wash in a few weeks.

North Wash area flashed Tuesday evening and there's a report on Canyon Collective about Zero G and NW.

I'm also told Cedar Mesa is currently a mess and all the roads have turned to 12" of snot.

In fact I received a nasty email this morning because some clown got his Subaru Outback stuck on the Cigarette Springs Road.... somehow it was my fault because my website should have had a warning about dirt roads becoming impassable in wet weather.

Hit zero g yesterday. A "road" has formed in the desert parallel to the washed out road. With a 4wd we were able to make it within 0.8 miles of the trailhead. A small wash\mud pit shut us down but could likely be fixed with a shovel and 45 mins.
