So most of my canyoning experience is in zion. I was curious of what you all thought would be a great place to take a 2 or 3 day trip to somehwere that would hold some good canyons. Relitivly close to home, meaning i can get there in a half day of driving and it would hold some great slots. Nothing to over the top, maybe a 3b or 4b canyon single day. There are a lot of choices but being that i have not been to any of them i just wanted to see what you all thought would be a good trip.

Toss a rock... hard to find a bad spot anywhere on the Colorado Plateau.
Time of year you plan to do this trip makes a big difference on where is best to go.

Yup, depends on what time of year. Now, it's mostly Zion, or any canyon that holds water.

Speaking of Zion.... this is my view at the moment.... sitting at the pool drinking a beer and trying to decide which eating establishment I shall grace with my charm tonight.... and the hot young stripper wife is looking extra fine tonight.. life is good.

Tell you what....I'm feeling generous tonight. I'll let you in on a little secret. Deep in central Utah, near a large valley with funny shapes, there is a super sweet, TOTALLY secret canyon that is guaranteed to rock your world. Find directions here. (http://www.climb-utah.com/SRS/lwh.htm) But SHHHHHHHHHH! It's a secret.

Maybe try this?
Click on The Super Amazing Map, find a few markers close to you, and throw out some ideas.
Then the folks on the forum can pitch in their two cents.
When do you plan on going?
