You guys are seriously missing out on an awesome ride if you haven't hit Sardine Peak down through Icebox and Wheeler in the Snowbasin area.

We've been hitting this about every week this summer and it will continue until the snow flies.

We're usually meeting at the bottom of Wheeler around 5:30, shuttling up to Snowbasin lower lot and riding from there.

From this past Monday Night

And for those of you who know Icebox Canyon, you know this tricky switchback. We've finally got it down after years of intimidation.

Nice job on the switchbacks!

Haha! You can thank me for that! It used to be worse but 12 years ago, the preceding 150' of trail and the re-engineering if that switchback was my Eagle Scout project. Before the reworked section, The trail used to spilt and go down toward the creek through some nasty rocks and roots, the other split was tight and windy and did that switchback over a slab of rock. We rode it in high school and it was nasty. So I fixed it! Good times.

Wow, nice work! that's a huge Eagle project by comparison. We're riding this trail pretty much weekly, I'll tell the boys you're the one to thank :cool2:
