Bear surprises camper in High Uintas

I was camped pretty close to the scout camp a few nights before this. I had my four horses and friend with his young boys. We rode up the east fork of the Bear River and enjoyed the weekend. I agree it's important to keep a clean camp. What was the other recent news report of a scout master that was repeatedly warned to keep his camp area clean and he shot a young bear that came into his camp and he is now being charged with baiting and unlawfully killing a bear?
