My 17 year old daughter was tormented by a particular spider, so now she has IT under glass and is tormenting it. I won't disclose the exact methods of her torture.

How about the rest of you? Do your kids exhibit psychopathic tendencies?

(My daughter is actually quite loving of course, but do your kids have a mean streak, and how do they display them?)

I don't have any children, but I've had a couple of psycho ex-boyfriends. One had the nerve to come into my Dad's business (when I was working for him years ago) to harass me. Poor thing had not met my father yet, and after he left (somewhat stumbling), I didn't have any more trouble from him. Btw - my Dad was pretty psycho too - but in a good way....if that's possible. :ne_nau:

Tanya, spiders deserve what they get. As a child I found that my brother's Brute cologne worked well on spiders. Quick setting hair spray was another good weapon. You may want to pass on my methods to your daughter. :lol8:

Oh no! You are the last person I ever would have suspected! My daughters spider is still under glass awaiting it's fate, unless she lost interest. You know girls.

Savanna,

I have always probably been the psycho one in a relationship.

That reminds me of the Tayler Swift song..... There's no time for tears,
I'm just sitting here planning my revenge
There's nothing stopping me
From going out with all of your best friends
And if you come around saying sorry to me
My daddy's gonna show you how sorry you'll be
:haha:

Don't read too much into my comments. Spiders creep me out. I just squish them now. When I was a kid I used my brothers cologne because I thought that just at the moment when I went to step on them they would jump out of the way of my foot than attack me. :eek2: I also was almost always barefooted back them, too. Now that I have a size 13 foot and always wear shoes, I have no fear. :lol8:

Smooth talkin' spiders are the worst, Hank. They lull you into a false sense of comfort. Just when you think this slick talker is different from the the silent types, they drop from the ceiling down your shirt and you have to beat yourself to death to kill the little blood sucker. Evil.... they are pure evil.

Evil.... they are pure evil. :haha: I totally agree - pure evil! About 3 yrs ago, I was bitten on the face by one. Didn't know it happened and I never saw the dang thing (I was reaching through some bushes in the backyard to turn on a hose) and later that day when I saw a couple of red bumps, thought perhaps I'd been bitten by a couple of mosquitoes. I wish. By the next day, I had a golf ball sized lump where I had been bitten and ended up in the ER. :becca:The doctor gave me IV antibiotics among other stuff (since I didn't know what kind of spider bit me) and there were now two prominent "fang" marks where I had been bitten. It took almost a month to look "normal" again  and I still have a small scar left from the bite area. So, no - I don't NOT care for spiders at all!

As a kid I used to run around the yard feeding spiders. (tossing ants into spider webs, and then wait and watch the carnage). Nowadays I catch n' release the houseflies and flour moths -- after pulling their wings off. :naughty:
