i am getting a little low on floating powerbait for trout and it is like $6.00 at the local store where i fish, i was wondering if any one might want to share their secret formulas of family recipes to a young fisherman who is broke

Not quite sure, it always depends on the fish. I am going into sport fishing competition next week and I am also looking for some ideas.
