You know what's really a shame? How few people actually know or even care about what's going on. I must admit, it's frustrating to see these top dog politicians doing these things, and lying...bald faced, right to the people and the cameras when the cookie crumbs are all over their faces. This is serious stuff, too...Americans, powerful ones, attacking other Americans.

I know lots of liberal people, and when we have conversations about this stuff the response I get comes along these lines:

"These groups should be investigated, as they're not legitimate".
" Oh, yeah, we what about (Nixon, Reagan, Bush, Eisenhower, Cheney, Wall Street, etc...)
"This stuff happens all the time, who cares?"
"This is wrong, but I'll still vote for Democrats anyway, because Republicans are worse"
"It's all bullshit, Republicans are making this all up."
And my personal favorite:
"What do I care? It doesn't affect me."

I'll tell ya, Oldno...it's a losing battle. At least in regards to talking to liberals and hearing them change their opinion about this guy...it's a cult of personality, I've never seen anything like it. Maybe, just maybe, they'll find the smoking gun in regards to this and heads will roll, and they should. But the lawyers may stretch this thing out for the rest of his term...remember, it took two years to finally drive that knucklehead Nixon out.

Big kudos to Jon Stewart for acknowledging reality. If nothing else, it shows that he is indeed a smart guy, not just another brainless clone. A recent poll shows that Obama is regarded as "Honest and trustworthy" by nearly 50%...what the hell is wrong with people? Anyone who stood up for Nixon between '72 and '74 was absolutely blind to reality and clueless...anyone defending Obama in the wake of all this is symbolic with that ignorance. Like I said, what a shame.

Yea, I know your right about the impossibility of liberals being able to face reality, it will not happen.
