View Full Version : Suggestions for old guy multi-day adventure in September
Okay so we have secured the hall passes from the wifes and are looking for a two/three day canyoneering adventure in mid-September and are looking for suggestions. It will be three "old" guys (47-51) all in very good shape despite what our high school sons tell us with what I would call Sophomore ('wise fool") canyoneering experience. Was thinking Kolob or Boundary but would like to maybe get outside of the Zion area for a change. Would love to get any advice from the community. Thanks!

Buckskin Gulch... only semi technical but its a fantastic two day route. You also have time to get the required permits.

Thanks for the suggestion - Buckskin to Paria is a great route, unfortunately the we have used a prior hall pass on that one and are looking for something new. Since the three of us are long time ocean/water guys, I like the idea of doing a Grand Canyon route with a rafting piece at the end - I know there are some posting on this in the past, will try to research. Any other ideas greatly appreciated!
