I have a BMW F800GS and will be bringing it with me when I am in Utah mid-May through mid September. I have Anakee/2 tires on it now which are a good 80/20 tire, but I want to put on some more agressive tires for the summer. I am currently debating between TKC80's or K60's. Anybody have experience with either or both? I hope to ride mostly on dirt (I'll be staying at Hovenweep) but will probably ride up to Moab or over to St. George, or down to Flagstaff at least once during my stay so I will be riding some on asphalt.
Thanks for any feedback.

I've heard good things about the TKC 80's. I ran a set of the Pirelli scorpion rally tires during the GS trophy qualifier in Moab. They were great and I heard they actually last pretty long on the pavement.

Thanks, I'll check out the Pirelli's too. Thanks for the thread link, too, pretty awesome. :2thumbs: I'm confident I couldn't have finished the course at all unless the ambulance had to go through it to get me out. :lol8:

No prob. Let me know your plans if you end up riding here and need partners. I'd love to join you if I can make it for a leg. :ride:
