Overnight Backpacking in Escalante

Looking for a good overnighter in Escalante. We're experienced hikers but have never been to this part of the state. Planning to go over Memorial Day weekend.

There are so many canyons down there that would be great choices.

40 mile/Willow Loop would be my #1 choice that time of year.

Boulder Creek might be 2nd.

Little Death hollow through Wolverine Canyon is a popular backpack with water most of the way. It is easy to get to, but you will meet people.
