Great day riding just outside Vegas. It was in the low 50's and a little windy, but can't complain. Great day!!!

This was a fun and entertaining ride.
About 40+ miles of single track with a lot of up and downs and left and rights complete with just a touch of carnage.
It was great to see and ride with nelsonccc and Jarod again. It's been a while since I last road with them.
They always put on a great ride with their knowledge of the lay of the land and I thank them for that.

Essentially it hurts so bad I was barely able to sleep till last night. Any movement of the muscle hurts like hell. Also the elbow is swollen and bruised so I can't raise or bend my arm. Then on Saturday I had a massive headache and a very sore neck and back so I must have hurt those as well.

I'm doing okay now. It's funny 'cause you can clearly see the handlebar shaped bruise along the top of the thigh. Quite the wreck but an absolute blast to ride with you guys again. Loved it. I've got a few pictures of the ride that I'll post up. Looks like Mtn Seeker didn't get any video of the wreck so that sucks. Now I'm looking at GoPro's so I can get one!
