Just how far do you push the minis?

I have a group that is asking me this more or less for Warner Valley.
Seems the minis are starting out at 85cc plus.
I know of a great family single in warner valley but just where do you draw the line for kids safety?
Should I go ahead and try or should I make an adult go with me first?
