Edit: naw it's in Texas, pain in the azz to transport, the couple I have ridden in were not that comfortable for long distances, I don't know enough about engines to make sure it's roadworthy, etc.... Too cautious I guess... She is one in a million though....

This is what is known as a "Rat Rod" and there are literally hundreds of them out on the salt during speedweek... they are all different, but the same basic theme... they are a toy and not a daily driver....
