Canyon Rat

Hi All,
My name is Sal Ciro and I've been Canyoneering a little over 2 years, and have since descended about 60 canyons including a Grand Canyoneering Expedition in Feb. - Mar. 2012. I've been fortunate to hook up with some of the best people in the sport and I've learned a lot. I'm a native of the Bronx, NY and have just recently moved to Utah to be closer to this sport we all love. Rats are a frequent sight in NYC, in Central Park, on the Subway tracks, by the garbage in the streets late at night, so I chose the moniker Canyon Rat. Rats are the poorest living creatures on earth, reviled and experimented with. Only cows and chickens have it as bad (maybe all bred for slaughter creatures). But Canyon Cow or Canyon Chicken, didn't work for me. ;)
