Do the bunnies down your way have fleas and lice?

I field dress all the cottontails I shoot within 30 seconds or them little parasites start lookin' for a new host.

if it stays a little warm they have them, they also have wolves or what ever you call them. it's a grub type worm that gets under their skin and lives, if you can believe that.
