That company is a straight-up shitshow. Their insurance doesn't cover swinging from the arch (only rappelling) and their gameplan if someone gets hurt is to tell their insurance company that they were rappelling. There's been some bad blood between the kid guiding that (his name's Thad) and my crew (they used our video for marketing and all kinds of other shenanigans) for a while now. I'm pretty surprised that nobody has died yet.
