I have the usual light weight stuff sack sort but how do you ride in the rain and not melt your(pants) gear?

I have Klim Badlands pants (and Jacket). Way expensive and probably not that suitable for dirt bike riding. Great for dual sport, though, and keeps you bone dry.

Hmm I wonder what the market might be for a set of zip up gators with a leather inside heat guard that fit over the boot and over the rain pant leg would be?

You know for bad weather and creek crossings and such.

Sounds like it would be a useful thing to have especially for traveling light. The badlands stuff is hard core but heavy, and gets pretty hot in warm weather when you are not moving.

Just some kind of a strap on gator that has some leather on the inside that might be easy to sew up I guess.:ne_nau:
Something big enough to go between the header and the nylon rain gear.
For me it would only be for the one leg the right leg.
