Hey ya'll,

I went through Das Boot on 10/14 and found a camera that someone had lost halfway through. It still works and I would love to return it to its owner if possible.

If you lost a camera in Das Boot, describe it to me and I'll get it back to you.

Cheers!

lol I just lost my waterproof camera in Das Boot too. It is the most current Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS4 (orange color). I lost it yesterday (Oct. 21st) so it can't be that camera you found.

Man, sounds like Das Boot is becoming a camera swallower... Glad I didn't lose my Canon 40D (although I did dunk it). :Mario_Facepalm:

Here is a photo of the intrepid party that misses their camera:

Ha ha...

They make great contingency anchors.

Actually have a stack of figure eights that were cut in half, leaving the rings, and, yep, I've used them for anchors.

I carry a figure eight (or similar) to rig for contingency, but, not as a primary rappel device.

Come on, somone recognize these folk! What the heck kinda shoes is that guy sporting?

Tom Jones and I have the same taste in cameras. I think the Lumix is the best camera in its class on the market.

It might help identify the owner. Especially closer features of the face.

Got his priorities straight. I try to crack open a Rockstar in every canyon I venture into.
