Wasn't the Jack Welch comments directly related to the unemployment statistics? You know... where the month before they noted that they would have to create 120K+ jobs just to maintain the 8.2% rate... then the new numbers come our indicating that there were less than the 120k+ jobs created yet we dropped to 7.9%?
