Peach Days 10k

My wife decided to push our daughter in the stroller for the Peach Days 10k this year. This is an increasingly popular run every year. Anybody else run it?

I love pathway jogging (http://sett.com/premierfitnessolutions/cary-boot-camp-personal-trainer), so much more fun than directly sidewalk. The other day I ran the Mid Hill Race, it follows the Mid Hill Trail from Deer Area to the Canyons.

That's a superb idea to make yourself into these things i mean sometimes while running or walking we do not really enjoy it.
But by doing these type of things we can surely make an active routine.Your wife has made a perfect thing.
