Have a ride for me

My biking season may be over. My knees are getting too painful to ride, pretty bad arthritis and pieces of bad stuff getting caught in the joints locking them up from time to time.

I'm getting them both scoped in a month. (procedure #3) Who knows, maybe I'll "Tylenol Up" and go on one or two more rides.

Having had 4 knee "makeovers" I can certainly sympathize with you and here's hoping the medical field comes up with something like a tough bionic knee replacement, and let's make it soon...

Thanks friends. I did happen to get out this week with a little hardcore pavement action. Ha ha. 12 miles and worked up a minor sweat.
