Nice, I have crossed that many times this Summer.
It's been running 1-2" deep and 2-3' across

I don't know about you, but whoever filmed this seems to be way too close to the edge in the first part...doesn't take much to undercut those clay/sand banks. :scared:
Anyhow, sure hope no one was in the narrows when this hit...

Yeah that's what I kept thinkin... scary stuff.
That flood was moving really fast in the center... wow :jaw-dropping:

It reached 2000 cfs that day....that is what the Colorado River in Moab is currently flowing.

Awesome power of erosion. I hope to be hiking the Paria the first week in October. Is this location just south of the Highway 89 bridge?

3 years ago I saw a flash flood of the Paria near White House, after a short and heavy t-storm - w/o that debris.
